- A dedicated call center that supports patients through:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments.
- 24/7 nurse triage. Nurses are available around the clock to provide medical advice and help people know what to do next when they have an injury or are feeling sick.
- Assistance finding primary care and specialty providers in network.
- Information on hospitals, trauma centers, emergency departments, urgent care clinics and all other facilities in network.
